Title And Summary Manager, Revenue Controls Overview The Revenue Controls team is looking for a Manager to drive our Revenue Control (focused in Rebates and Incentives space) strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role In This Position, You Will Partner with Rebates & Incentive operational teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions. Identify opportunities to enhance controls in areas of high risk. Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff Offer management guidance and recommend strategic directions based on established policy. All About You Accounting, Business or Finance Major Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data analytics into actionable business insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project management expertise, highly organized with keen attention to detail Ability to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills are advantageous Quick learner when it comes to new applications and technologies; experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools is beneficial Understanding of risk management disciplines Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
