Key Responsibilities: - Provide L3 support across the full stack, including infrastructure, backend, and front-end, before escalation to engineering business units. - Automate SRE tools to enable proactive L3 support, aligned with our monitoring strategy. - Operate effectively under pressure for critical business applications. - Communicate effectively with L1, L2, Engineering, Product Managers, leadership, and end-users during troubleshooting. Qualifications Must-have Skills: Kubernetes (Expert), Terraform (Expert), Github Actions, Shell Scripting, AWS. - Experience with incident and problem management. - Experience with multitenant applications. - Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc.), including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancing, TLS, and SSL. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions) & version control. - Knowledge of Python, React/Next.js. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or ELK. - Experience with AWS, especially EKS, serverless architectures, queues, and various databases. - Solid Kubernetes knowledge. - Strong communication skills.
