Anyone who can refer clients that are expanding their remote teams Create, develop and implement business strategies focused on meeting the goals of each business unit Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement, and development of strategic partnerships Deliver professional sales presentations to potential partner organizations Manage end-to-end negotiation processes, work cross-functionally with our internal teams and help grow our Remoti business Build and communicate a comprehensive New Business plan to help the company achieve its revenue goals for each of the businesses Create monthly Reports and Newsletters about what is going on in the different business units that Remoti has Contact decision makers in various industries and organizations to build partnerships in (Talent Scout, Payroll, People Products, and Platforms) Prospect potential new clients and turn them into increased business **Requirements**: 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or consultancy Motivated, proactive and confident individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills Excellent English level, both verbal and written Work/Life Balance Our team puts a high value on work-life balance.
