This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in Software Sales (SaaS) and exceptional communication skills to join our team in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract closure, and must have proven experience throughout the full sales cycle. Responsibilities: - Prospect and identify key decision-makers in companies within the South American market. - Initiate cold outreach via emails, phone calls, or other communication tools. - Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present our products/services. - Provide timely follow-up after initial contact, offering additional information and addressing inquiries. - Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring revenue targets are achieved. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly update the CRM. - Leverage tools such as Rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn to improve prospecting and lead identification. Requirements - Experience in lead nurturing and cold calling. - At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology/SaaS sector. - Intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written. - Proficiency in prospecting tools like Rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn. - Strong understanding of the complete sales process and CRM platforms. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and self-motivation. - Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
