We are seeking adetail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Lead QA AutomationEngineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsiblefor identifying and mitigating the main risks of our products bydefining test automation plans and strategies, and analyzingproduct quality metrics. Additionally, we are looking for ahands-on leader who can define and improve our TAF (Test AutomationFrameworks), understand the entire business and technicalarchitecture, and prioritize activities for the QA Automation team.The candidate should have broad experience in test automationtechniques and tools. You will work closely with development andproduct teams to prevent, identify, and resolve issues, ensuringour products meet the highest quality standards. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Identify and manage product risks toprioritize testing efforts. 2. Identify and prioritize testautomation candidates. 3. Implement and maintain automated testcases. 4. Create and prepare data for testing purposes. 5. Analyzedata and interpret results. 6. Design, develop, and execute testplans, test cases, and test scripts. 7. Perform manual andautomated UI and API testing to identify defects. 8. Collaboratewith engineering teams to define quality standards and testingrequirements. 9. Participate in code reviews and provide feedbackon quality and testability. 10. Conduct regression testing toensure issues are resolved. 11. Identify, document, and trackdefects using bug tracking tools. 12. Monitor and analyze qualitymetrics, identify trends, and implement improvements. 13. Ensurecompliance with industry standards and best practices. 14. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives in QA processes. 15. Stayupdated with industry trends and best practices. 16. Raise productalerts as needed. 17. Distribute workload among QA team members.18. Define QA automation team priorities. 19. Consolidate and shareQA automation results. 20. Lead, mentor, and manage QA automationteam members. 21. Provide technical guidance and training.Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, orrelated field. 2. 7+ years of experience in software QA and testautomation. 3. Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, andprocesses. 4. Experience with test automation tools such asPlaywright, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail. 5. Knowledge of SDLC, STLC,Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices. 6. Excellent problem-solving andattention to detail. 7. Strong communication and collaborationskills. 8. Programming skills and OOP experience. 9. Experienceleading QA automation teams and managing projects. 10. Knowledge ofother automation levels and tools like Component, Contract,Mutation testing. Preferred Qualifications and Tools: 1.Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE. 2. Experience with cloudplatforms, CI/CD, and DevOps. 3. Knowledge of performance,security, and usability testing. 4. Experience testing Salesforce,MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. 5. Knowledge of cloudtechnologies and databases. 6. Experience with Playwright,Selenium, Cypress, or TestCafe for UI automation. 7. Experiencewith Postman, RestAssured for API testing. 8. Familiarity withGenAI tools for testing and automation. 9.
