Across our core categories of Hygiene, Baby and Beauty, our trusted and well-loved brands include Carex, Cussons Baby, Sanctuary Spa and St. Tropez. - Leadership role responsible for overall Hygiene and Microbiology assurance at site - Ensure premises, facility, equipment and production operational comply with hygiene requirements and responsible for Hygiene Awareness Training for cross functions - Ensure that the product, water system, environment and sanitization testing comply with legal micro limits - Ensure microbiology lab operation conform to Good Laboratory Practices of ISO 17025, required to engage Internal (within PZC) and External teams to bring and implement best practices on Hygiene and Microbiology lab - Support on Internal Audit (GMP), and External Audit related to the Evaluation of Supplier (ISO, HALAL, BPOM, etc.) and GMP inspection imp-lemented on plant reported to QA Manager - Conduct challenge test for new/modified formula - Lead hygiene risk assessment for new product/material - Involved in FAT (Factory acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) - Testing process to ensure all new machine comply with hygienic design requirements Requirement: - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years experiences in experience in a similar role - Familiar with maintaining and improving the hygiene standards within the factory - Familiar with microbiological techniques and methodologies, laboratory equipment and data analysis - Good planning and organizing skills, with the capability to manage quality issues - Problem solving; anticipates/identifies problems, manage prevention, takes corrective action, process improvement. - Familiar with SAP, Excel working knowledge - Teamwork & Cooperation, Communication skills at all levels
