Design, development, and implementation of live, online, or mixed delivery platforms & learning programs for all functional groups throughout the organization. Engages in the full instructional design cycle, using and recommending technology-based tools to enhance the organization’s learning assets. Key responsibilities Design and develop effective, interactive learning solutions aligned with learning outcomes. Create proposals, statements of work, project plans, high-level design documents, storyboards, and audio narration scripts. Incorporate technology and adult learning theories to enhance learning solutions (e.g., Web 2.0, audio, video, voice-over, simulations, experiential activities, animations, graphics). Revise and update training materials based on system and design changes. Recommend and implement process improvements. Requirements Minimum of one year of instructional design experience. Strong English communication skills, with advanced writing and grammar capabilities. Ability to work both remotely and on-site with schedule flexibility. Candidate must be located in CDMX, Guadalajara, León, or Puebla. Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar eLearning authoring tools.
