We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SeniorAccount Manager to join our team at Enteractive in Malta. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing aportfolio of key accounts, ensuring their long-term success, anddriving revenue growth. This is a strategic and client-facing role,requiring frequent travel to attend industry conferences, events,and meetings to strengthen relationships and drive newopportunities. What you’ll be doing: - Own and manage a portfolioof key accounts, developing and executing tailored strategies toensure the long-term success and growth of each account. - Developcomprehensive account plans aligned with client business objectivesand ensure that Enteractive’s services continue to add value atevery stage of the client lifecycle. - Build, maintain, and deepenrelationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives,operational teams, and decision-makers within client organizations. - Act as the primary strategic partner for senior stakeholders,fostering trust and acting as a consultant to clients to supporttheir business growth. - Serve as the internal advocate forclients, ensuring that their feedback and needs influence companystrategy, product development, and service delivery. - Identifyopportunities for upselling and cross-selling Enteractive’sproducts and services to maximize account value. - Monitor andtrack account performance, identifying areas for improvement, andcapitalizing on new business opportunities. - Lead regular businessreviews with clients, providing performance insights, forecasts,and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement. -Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportsto senior management, covering KPIs, account status, and strategicrecommendations. - Report on account health, trends, risks, and keyopportunities to senior stakeholders to support informed businessdecisions. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations,Business Development, IT, etc.) to align on account strategies,optimize service delivery, and ensure seamless execution ofprojects. - Ensure that all departments are informed of clientneeds, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and timelyexecution of solutions. - Represent Enteractive at high-profileindustry conferences, events, and networking opportunities, actingas an ambassador for the company and strengthening clientrelationships. - Cultivate and manage relationships with potentialclients and industry influencers to expand the company's networkand influence in the market. - Mentor and guide junior accountmanagers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting thedevelopment of high-performing teams. - Foster a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and excellence across the accountmanagement team. - Perform additional duties as assigned by thecompany, as needed, to support the overall business goals andensure client satisfaction. What you bring: - Proven experience(minimum 3 years) in account management, preferably in aclient-facing, B2B environment with a focus on building andmaintaining senior-level relationships. - Strong strategic thinkingand ability to develop tailored account growth strategies. -Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a demonstratedability to increase revenue within existing accounts. - Strongbusiness acumen and understanding of industry trends, risks, andopportunities for improvement. - Excellent presentation andnegotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at alllevels of an organization. - Excellent communication skills in English and secondary languages are high;y desired. - Ability toanalyze data, identify trends, and provide strategicrecommendations for client and company success. - Willingness totravel frequently for conferences, events, and client meetings,with a flexible approach to managing work-life balance. - Strongleadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing juniorteam members. - Experience with CRM tools and performance trackingsystems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment while maintaining attention to detail and meetingdeadlines.
