The Supplier Enablement and Payment Processingspecialist is part of a growing team focused on increasing revenueby onboarding suppliers to accept and receive virtual cardpayments. This role includes outreach to vendors via phone andemail to gather information about payment capabilities and documentclear instructions for payment processing. The specialist willmanage vendor data in a CRM, track vendor communications, andensure suppliers are successfully enabled to accept virtual cardpayments. Conduct analysisof clients’ supplier files, identifying areas for virtual cardoptimization. 2. Ensure optimal execution of campaigns by designingand managing an effective supplier outreach strategy, working withcross-functional resources to ensure quality and timely execution,and maintaining close communication with internal stakeholders. 3. Track and report on progress across all stages of active projects,including final results, as well as identification of futureopportunities for payment optimization. 4. Research, qualify andenroll our customers’ suppliers in Tipalti’s virtual card paymentprogram and supplier network through outbound calling. 5. Educatethe supplier on the value of accepting virtual cards. 6. Identifyand overcome objections through active listening, and effective andprofessional communication. 7. Guide the supplier through theenrollment process while providing an outstanding customerexperience. 8. Efficiently and accurately gather all required datafrom the supplier to finalize the enrollment process, whiledemonstrating a strong attention to detail. 9. Meticulouslydocument responses so that Tipalti can process payment transactionsappropriately on behalf of our clients. 10. Gather all of thepayment instructions, required information, and delivery method(Web portal, IVR, etc.) to execute payments accurately. PaymentDelivery 1. Contact suppliers/vendors via phone to process paymentsdirectly or through IVR and websites. 2. Generate and send paymentemails to suppliers. 3. Ensure payments are authorized and postedpromptly. 4. Post all payments accurately and within SLAs. 5. Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation. 6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate payment processingdetails. About you 1. Extensive experience in outbound B2B sales,with a proven track record in virtual cards, e Payables, commercialcards, merchant processing, or e Procurement. Recognized forstrategic selling skills and deep industry expertise. 2.Proficiency with CRM tools (SalesForce). 3. Proficiency with Exceland/or Google Sheets. 4. Experience with payment systems and/orworking at a Fintech company. 5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 6. Strong negotiation and customerservice skills with high attention to detail. 7. Ability to exceedweekly and monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goalswhile maintaining a high level of customer experience. 8. Abilityto stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound callsand exceed enrollment and payment metrics. 9. Strong analyticalskills and proficiency to organize data from multiple sources toensure accuracy and efficiency of campaigns and revenue tracking.10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.11. High standards of integrity.
