What are you going to do as a Global Procurement Coordinator?** - Responsible of managing $33MM USD (import & local equipment category). - In charge of bidding processes aligned to GP policies, and the analysis of proposals. - Coordinator of contract process, responsible to launch the WF in Ariba platform. - Supplier negotiations. - Develop new potential suppliers. - In charge of creating purchase orders and deliver these to suppliers. - Co-responsible of P2P processes. - Lead delivery YOY Productivity/TCO/Rebates for Andin’s & Caricom OU$1.8MM - Create Ariba bidding processes fulfilling the 7 Steps Procurement strategy in compliance with the policy. - Improve performed capex agility through early engagement to the key projects - Coordinate Technical validation processes focused on projects +$1MM USD - Support internal users and supplier’s referring to any part of the purchase process (SAP, Ariba, contracts) - Continuous search for new market trends, commodity prices: steel, concrete, copper, aluminum. - Develop new suppliers and negotiate PepsiCo's commercial conditions. **Qualifications/Requirements**:** What skills and experience are we looking for?** - Industry knowledge (global and local market). - Deep analytic skills. - Negotiation skills. - Interpersonal skills to build relationship with suppliers and internal customers. - Skills to manage procurement process. - Working under pressure. - +6 years of experience in the commercial field. - SAP and Ms Office knowledge. - Ariba platform skills. - Decision making. - Innovation. - Oriented to results. - Motivate and inspire others. - Collaborate and influence. - Inspire confidence. **Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable **Job Type**: Regular
