As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer, Tier 3 to join our team and help us build and maintain efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions to support our patients and staff. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 3 IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. This role is responsible for managing the most complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, performing root cause analysis, implementing long-term solutions, and supporting critical IT infrastructure projects. What You'll Do: Serve as the final escalation point for all networking and technical support issues across the company. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems. Support enterprise systems including servers, networking equipment, cloud services, and security tools. Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, configurations, migrations, and deployments. Maintain documentation on procedures, known issues, and solutions. Monitor and improve IT performance, reliability, and security. Provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff. Interface with vendors and service providers for specialized support. Participate in on-call rotation and handle after-hours escalations as needed. Participate in IT projects as needed. What You'll Bring To The Team: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CASP, relevant technical certifications, or degree preferred. Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows and macOS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards IT support. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
