Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Oversee the delivery and execution process, ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( PM, Creative, Account Service, Media, Dev) to ensure effective process in ever changing executional environments - Monitor, manage and set expectations for deadlines with various departments - Effectively monitor team and progress as well as project performance - Consistent record keeping of accurate estimations of projects timelines and status reports - Monitor workflow and have the foresight to visualize production bottleneck - Client-facing role that will require consistent communication and management skills across departments - Create/manage project plans, SOW and scope definition through delivery process and elect appropriate partners depending on production requirements - Management of full life-cycle production projects that may include Digital & Creative Innovation, post-production, digital media and innovative storytelling - Seek new challenges and explore trending/emerging tech - Collaborate with Creative team to assist in managing client situations and find solutions to quickly resolve issues - Conduct research,assessments and selection of vendors and development partners **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in an agency setting - Self-motivated, team player who elevates the skills of the team - Strong sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail and time management - Experience and high proficiency in Google Suite - Previous experience working directly with account services, art, and code teams, helping to manage the creative development, production and launch of digital campaigns across multiple platforms - Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion - Demonstrated ability to have good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments, as well as ability to escalate appropriately - Demonstrates adequate understanding of the agency process. - Familiarity with project management softwares such as, Jira, Basecamp, Click-up, Slack etc. - Previous experience and participation in production projects of Digital, UGC creation, video, storytelling, post-production, creative activation or social preferred. - Experience working with global partners and vendors
