Essity B 276.2 (+6 SEK) on 16-May-2025 17:29 About the role: We are looking for an engineer who can run the technology, process, and range of finished products according to PRIME, project plan, and project tollgates, goals, and deliverables. This position will oversee the delivery of the project on time and according to the financial plan based on confirmed Capex requirements. What will you do?: Assures the definition of the right standards in relationship with new projects; e.g. product specification, quality checks, SPC, validation routines, CL, CILS, SOP, etc. Identifies and makes available the new technologies improvements and performs technology benchmarks between Lines, Teams and other factories. Supports the RST Members and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Technology issues Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their department Manage and support the installation of new equipment or upgrade of machines in CV and PM. Participate in industrial trials of product and packaging. Bolster the Technical Mastery at the converting / papermaking area. Support the team around new products or set up configuration according to new projects. Support the blue-collar teams during the learning process of operating new machinery. Who you are: Education: Mechanical engineer, chemical engineer, civil engineer or similar. Experience: Around tissue industry (> 5 years) Knowledge: Design software such as Autocad, Inventor is needed, paper manufacturing process, reading engineering drawings, project management, English: B1.
