In this role, you’ll be the vital link between potential customers and our premium HVAC installation services, managing a robust pipeline of opportunities across digital platforms and traditional communication channels. You’ll have the unique opportunity to directly impact business growth while working with a diverse customer base, from homeowners to major real estate companies. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomous work and structured support, with access to cutting-edge tools including AI-powered communication platforms and comprehensive CRM systems. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end lead generation and nurturing process across multiple marketing channels including Yelp, Facebook, and company website Execute strategic outreach campaigns to a database of 280+ existing contacts while continuously expanding the prospect pool Convert website visitors into qualified leads through proactive follow-up and engagement strategies Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, managing both inbound calls and outbound communication Coordinate with the installation team to schedule and confirm appointments across a three-state service territory Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, including real estate companies and property managers Create and execute follow-up strategies for estimates and proposals to maximize conversion rates Utilize AI-powered tools and CRM systems to automate and optimize communication workflows Generate comprehensive reports on lead generation and conversion metrics Requirements Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional phone manner Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and leads simultaneously Experience with or aptitude for learning CRM systems and digital communication tools Demonstrated success in converting leads into appointments or sales Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of performance Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new digital tools Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with diverse customer base Experience in construction, HVAC, or related industries is a plus but not required Independent Contractor Perks WITH INCENTIVES HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_23112_JOB
