Our culture is characterized by a focus on work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and a desirable benefits package. **Mission** Offer professional support, advice and guidance by providing a strategic vision that helps both companies achieve their main objectives, manage and expand the company's distributor network, ensure a complete and adequate analysis of the market in the region in which the distributors operate, establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, ensure that all distributors comply with the company's quality and service standards, define price levels and agreements with distributors, identify new market opportunities together with distributors and present regional actions to increase market contribution through indirect channels. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities** - Identify and select potential new distributors who can effectively represent the company's products. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing ongoing support and resources to ensure their success. - Manage special pricing requests and generate marketing and pricing strategies for distributors. - Facilitate communication between companies to ensure each company hears the needs, goals, and expectations of the other. Responsible for scheduling and directing phone calls, meetings, or other communications, and relaying certain information to each entity to ensure proper communication. - Organize and conduct training sessions for distributors on company products, services, and processes. - Define and monitor performance indicators (% presence, % Hit Rate, % Market Share) by providing feedback and taking corrective action when necessary. - Create and implement distributor development strategies that align with company sales and growth goals. This may include developing joint sales plans and marketing initiatives. - Managing partner relationships, including negotiating contracts, identifying customers, and defining commission levels. - Preparing regular reports on distributor performance to identify areas for improvement, growth opportunities, and setting goals. This may include conducting regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, monitor market and competitive developments, and provide analysis and feedback on trends. - Coordinating with marketing and other departments to launch joint sales campaigns. **Competency, Skills, and Experience Requirements** Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or similar. 3 years in mining operation positions or similar 3 years in related planning and/or marketing positions. - Postgraduate degree in business or marketing (desirable). - Intermediate to advanced level of English (required). - Knowledge of cost calculation and budgeting. - Use of marketing tools. - Use of PowerBI (desirable) - Use of office. - Guidelines of the Epiroc Group and Epiroc Colombia S.A.S. - Management and administration of sales channels and territory in general - Office (Word, Excel). - Company accounting system ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). - Review of competency matrix.
