On-site work environment that fosters collaboration and growth (Hybrid after two-month trial period) Your Responsibilities: Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in diverse industries like healthcare and education, understanding their unique needs and goals. Strategy & Execution: Partner with clients to design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that align with their business objectives. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and prepare comprehensive reports to demonstrate value and impact. Clear Communication: Act as a vital point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee the success of every campaign. Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results while managing resources and timelines. Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot new business opportunities and work to grow existing accounts, contributing to the agency’s long-term success. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key data trends and propose strategic adjustments to improve outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creatives, analysts, and developers, to ensure consistency and high-quality work across all projects. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize client budgets, ensuring the best possible ROI from every campaign. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 5 years of experience in account and client management, particularly within the digital marketing space. Proven track record of delivering results in advertising, media, or digital agencies, with preferred experience in healthcare and education sectors. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data. Proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken. A proactive attitude with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Experience in managing large-scale projects and delivering them on time and within budget. A natural collaborator who can work effectively with diverse teams to bring campaigns to life.
