We are changing the game for restaurateurs, from entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant to global quick-service chains. What You’ll Do Prepare payroll in Workday or regional/local platforms on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis. Administer the timekeeping system. Calculate manual checks, including final/termination paychecks, commissions, bonuses, etc. Review, verify, and audit payroll data for accuracy each pay period. Respond to routine inquiries via ticket, Slack, and email regarding payroll issues, following company policies. Maintain payroll tax profiles. Coordinate payroll projects and contribute as needed. Analyze processes and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, or controls. Generate and distribute payroll audit reports. Prepare information for internal and external audits. Collaborate with external consultants and agencies on payroll matters. Coordinate with Legal on entity regulatory maintenance. Assist with HQ projects involving payroll, time, and attendance reporting. Interact with third-party vendors and providers. What We’re Looking For Advanced English proficiency. Intermediate Portuguese proficiency. Payroll management expertise. Reporting and audit proficiency. Knowledge of specific tax and labor laws (US or Colombia). Quick learning ability and adaptability. Payroll system knowledge. Interest in a growing market projected to reach $500 billion by 2030 in the US. Interest in transforming the restaurant industry through online food delivery. Ability to work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and other teams. What Else You Need To Know This role is based in our Bogotá office. We value in-person collaboration for innovation and productivity. Our teams work from office five days a week (except for field roles).
