Job Description As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing supplies and services that meet the company's business needs. Your end-to-end responsibility will include tactical and delegated spend in relevant procurement categories. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for driving contract excellence, from contract creation to negotiation and management. This includes developing sourcing strategies, analyzing industries, suppliers, and spend by categories, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage supplier communications, including sourcing event invitations, issue resolution, pricing and contract terms negotiations. - Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities & compliance improvement education. - Support and handling of all supplier registration and data modification. - Business partner follow up to ensure the goods and services received and support any complaints and warranties. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years of sourcing / category management experience, including contract drafting, review and negotiation. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Bachelor's Degree is required, in a Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-related course. Experience in indirect procurement in the consumer goods industry. Experience in working in multi-national companies with diverse cultures is preferred. For LATAM Portuguese is desirable.
