The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Tanium environment, including patching, image deployment, and endpoint configuration. This role also involves working with AWS WorkSpaces and AppStream environments, Windows Server management, and optionally supporting mobile devices through Omnissa. Technical Capabilities Required - Tanium Platform – Strong knowledge in patch management, software deployment, and image creation. - AWS Cloud Services – Familiar with Amazon AppStream and WorkSpaces for desktop virtualization. - Microsoft Windows Server – Experience in administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Optional but preferred experience with Omnissa or equivalent MDM tools. - Networking & Troubleshooting – Basic understanding of endpoint connectivity, DNS, and system health validation. - Communication Skills – Ability to clearly communicate issues and resolutions in English (B2 level or higher). Responsibilities - Monitor, maintain, and improve the Tanium environment for endpoint visibility and control. - Perform patching and software deployments using Tanium modules. - Manage and support AWS WorkSpaces and AppStream environments. - Assist in the imaging and provisioning of systems across the enterprise. - Troubleshoot Level 2 escalations related to endpoint performance, connectivity, or patching issues. - Coordinate with other support teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues. - Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps. Recommended Certifications - Tanium Certified Operator or Specialist - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals or similar - ITIL Foundation (Optional but helpful) Salary Range $2,000 - $3,500 USD/Month based on your experience and skillsets during the interview.
