Position Summary: The individual in this role will assist all trades in constructing buildings and residences. Responsibilities include helping complete projects efficiently and on time. The role requires excellent physical strength, as it involves lifting heavy materials and debris. Duties also include site cleaning, preparing sites, building scaffolding and temporary structures, operating and maintaining equipment, and digging trenches. This position provides a broad understanding of construction, safety practices, and resource handling, along with practical skills in various construction tasks. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED At least 3 years of experience in building construction or remodeling Ability to operate basic and complex tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret written instructions and plans Physical capability to perform strenuous work, including heavy lifting over 80 pounds Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold Manual dexterity, good balance, and eye-hand coordination Good judgment, teamwork, and communication skills Extended hours, including weekends, evenings, or holidays, may be required Satisfactory completion of background, MVR, and drug screening Fluency in English and Keres Valid driver's license and insurance through Santo Domingo Pueblo’s Liability insurance plan Interested in Joining Our Team?
