Job Opportunity: Cash Management Analyst Nubank's Controllership team seeks an experienced Cash Management Analyst to break the status quo by facing challenges from a technological innovation perspective. This role is responsible for operating cash management activities, focusing on local operations of a company monitored by the Colombian Financial Superintendency. - Operate cash management activities, including monitoring local operations and maintaining relationships with banks. - Ensure compliance with financial instructions and regulations. - Manage bank accounts and fund operations without risks. - Maintain accurate records and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits. We are looking for a skilled professional who has: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar field. - Fluent Spanish and English language skills. - Minimum 5 years of experience working in cash management in banks and regulated entities. - Experience with financial systems, treasury processes, and process automation. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be familiar with SAP and other financial applications, with a proven track record of managing complex financial operations. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
