English level: C1 or higher (Advanced) AI Proficiency Proven experience and mandatory willingness to utilize AI tools extensively in the frontend development workflow. Candidates must have already adopted AI tools and be adept at leveraging them to enhance productivity and innovation in frontend tasks. Technical Skills Proficiency in React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components. Experience with Ant Design or Material UI for UI management. Familiarity with testing frameworks for unit and integration testing in frontend. Knowledge of scrum, functional, and object-oriented programming principles relevant to frontend development. Nice-to-Have Understanding of frontend design patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, GraphQL, styled-components, and Ant Design or Material UI. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Mandatory utilization of AI tools and capabilities to significantly accelerate the development cycle and enhance code quality for frontend development. Mentor and support other frontend developers on the team, fostering best practices including AI-driven development in the frontend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects on time. Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robust and error-free frontend applications. Optimize application performance, including implementing frontend-specific features like lazy loading and code splitting.
