**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities_** 1. Supervise, mentor and work in partnership with HR team members. Recruitment, training, onboarding, local labor law, employee relations case management, compensation and benefits, legal matters, transfer processes, and expatriation. 2. Ensure compliance with HR policies and/or regulations. 3. Establish and improve performance metrics. 4. Oversee system or workflow improvements. 5. Ability to identify, problem solve, and bring resolution to complex or non-routine situations, involving manager and other cross functional or divisional groups as appropriate. 6. Contribute and support the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. 8. Establish and maintain accurate records and reports. 10. Positively influence the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. 11. Understand. Create. Simplify. 12. Other duties as assigned. **_ Required Qualifications_** - B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related business field - Typically eight years experience within Human Resources or a related field - Demonstrated knowledge of law and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area - Excellent listening, interviewing, facilitating, negotiating and interpersonal skills - Ability to supervise and support a team - Ability to work independently, accepting ownership for assigned responsibilities - Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data. - Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills - Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Background check results satisfactory to SEL (where applicable) - Negative drug test result(s) (where applicable) **_ Preferred Qualifications_** PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM certification Experience supervising others. **_ Physical Requirements_** None
