Key Responsibilities : Lead the homologation and safety team to ensure all vehicles meet global certification standards and regulations (EU, US, APAC and beyond) Manage vehicle and component certification processes, working with internal teams and external approval bodies Track regulatory developments worldwide and ensure ongoing compliance for all market regions Collaborate with R&D, engineering and product teams during development and redesigns to assess certification impact Define safety and homologation requirements and contribute to validation planning across the vehicle lifecycle Own regulatory deliverables for launch, including COC card management and vehicle recall strategy Represent the company in global regulatory discussions and industry working groups Lead efforts in EMI / EMC, cybersecurity, crash and impact validation to support vehicle approval Contribute to shaping company methodology around homologation and safety testing Candidate Requirements : Degree qualified in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Strong leadership capability with hands-on experience of homologation and regulatory compliance for EVs In-depth knowledge of global vehicle certification processes and legislation (UNECE, ISO 26262, AECQ etc.) Proven success in delivering approvals for EV products, ideally including motorcycles or two-wheelers Able to manage complex, fast-paced projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) essential Preferred Experience : Background in functional safety, vehicle validation or compliance for electric motorcycles Understanding of automotive cybersecurity frameworks (ISO / SAE 21434) Experience using PLM or version control systems Knowledge of embedded safety within hardware systems Why Apply?
