Job Title: Analyst, Language Center **Job Description**: The Analyst Language Center is a temporary role. Will be in charge of creating a supportive learning environment which will help students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, the Analyst Language Center will teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English, oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.- Present training materials through classroom learning, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities for technical, customer service, and sales accounts- - Organize classroom lectures and coursework- - Responsible for achieving individual training performance metrics- - Prepare materials and activities- - Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.- - Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language.- - Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.- - Teach students the correct pronunciation of words.- - Monitor performance and progress and modify instructional methods to meet individual needs where necessary- - Maintain accurate and complete student records including attendance, grades, assessments and test scores as required.- - At least 2 years of experience in Teaching- - English proficiency (C1+)- - Coaching Tactics basic knowledge- - Passionate for training, coaching and facilitation- - Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with three to five years of relevant experience preferred- - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- - Proficient in Microsoft Office- - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables- - Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure- - Strong attention to detail- - Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally- - Ability to learn including strong problem solving skills- - Demonstrate strong probing and problem solving skills- - Should be able to handle complex queries- - Current TL & OM sign-off and approval**Location**: COL Medellin -Proyecto FIC 48, #18A-14 Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time ** If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the **Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
