**About the role**: - R_esponsible for building and leading the Supply Chain Team in Colombia LOC enabling and ensuring high quality and on-time delivery of products for this market. His/her scope is the End-to-end Supply Chain organization, including Operations and Planning roles and duties: Warehouse and Distribution, International Trade, Demand Planning and S&OP;, Launches and Continuous Improvement. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance, Colombia, and is a key business partner of the Colombian Leadership Team. He/She will provide strategic inputs on all Supply Chain related matters including: Supply Network design, Logistics Service providers and Custom Brokers selection, Demand Management, S&OP;, and overall supply operations, which will require an aptitude and willingness to have direct hands-on involvement in the operations while also ensuring delivery of key projects. This individual will be responsible for driving excellence in the SC team in the country assuring all relevant Supply Chain systems are appropriately developed, maintained, and improved, including driving excellence in S&OP; meetings, demand forecasting, ensuring continued uninterrupted supply of product to the markets, and ensuring the right levels of inventory are maintained as agreed with global and commercial teams. He/She will be responsible for the roll-out and timely completion of goals and objectives as agreed with the Local, Regional and Global teams. - ._ **How you will contribute**: - Warehouse and Distribution: Ensure the Inbound, Warehousing and Outbound of Takeda portfolio products through the highest level of customer service and GxP compliance - Distribution Network Management (plan & execution) - Warehousing Operations - Transportation and Shipping Systems management - Customer Service Level / On Time Delivery - GMP / GDP compliance - 3PL / 4PL management and oversight - Quality systems (Procedures / Change controls / Deviations / CAPAs) - Proof of Delivery completion - Demand Planning and S&OP;: Uninterrupted supply to patients, balancing demand and supply - Demand Planning - Supply Planning - Sales and Operations Planning - Service Level Agreements with Sites - Allocation management - Inventory Optimization - Discard risks mitigation - International Trade: International shipments management ensuring quality and trade compliance adherence. - Coordination of shipments from sites or RDC - Customs clearance - Custom broker management - Trade Compliance adherence to local and international regulations and Takeda’s policies - Air To Sea conversion - Launch readiness and divestment management, covering all supply chain aspects (planning and operations) to achieve project’s targets. - Lead projects across the End-to-end supply chain and support implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives - Provide guidance, support and professional development for his/her team including performance evaluations, career development and realization of required organizational capabilities, present and future. - Ensure and maintain strict adherence to Takeda Ethics and Compliance standards and EHS guidelines in all areas of Supply Chain activities. - Live Takeda’s values (Takeda-isms) which incorporate Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, and Perseverance, with Integrity at the core. - Foster a Diversity, Equity and Inclusive culture. - Promote PTRB principles (Patient, Trust, Reputation, Business) - Develop carbon neutral strategies: lead and implement local projects focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and waste reduction. - Takeda´s representative in pharma chamber for logistics related issues. **What you bring to Takeda**: - 5-10 years of progressive experience in various supply chain management roles within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries, including a strong understanding of the regulatory environment, good manufacturing practices and good distribution practices, especially with cold chain/temperature-controlled products. - Experience leading high qualified teams. - Project management and external vendor management including contract negotiation and development for the outsourcing of distribution services for medicinal products. Ideally, including technical and quality agreements and master service agreements. - Experience working with multiple sites/locations. **Important Considerations**: At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. In this role, you may: - Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
