Lead the company's communication optimization through advanced data-driven insights and analytics, as wells as technology strategy definition and implementation to manage inbound communication. This role is instrumental in developing targeted, measurable strategies that resonate with key audiences and drive engagement. By leveraging analytics, this position shapes communication efforts to align with organizational goals, continuously improving outreach and lead generation effectiveness, refining audience targeting, and ensuring that all inbound communications support the company's overall mission and brand positioning. KEY FUNCTIONS Global data and communication technology strategy development : design and implement the data and automatization framework needed for efficient and effective content management in all the countries, taking into account the new AI context Data & distribution factory development: design and implement a content as a service platform for the entire organization to create, distribute and optimize its content in an autonomous and efficient way, while aligned with brand and corporate goals. Audience understanding : Develop and document buyer personas to accurately target and engage key audience segments. Inbound communications management : Oversee and optimize inbound communication channels to ensure timely and effective responses, enhancing audience interaction. Data analysis : Collect, analyse, and interpret communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Performance monitoring : Create dashboards and reports, including advanced KPI systems, to provide accountability and actionable insights for Public Affairs and Communications. Cross-department collaboration : Coordinate with other departments to meet project timelines and goals, specially by collaborating with theBrand & Content, Marketing and Sales teams to enhance distribution efficiency as well as with PA and Media teams to ensure insights gathering and data driven decisions. Technology and tool management : Research and adopt innovative communication tools and technologies to enhance processes, manage both internal and external digital tools, and develop proprietary algorithms for improved analysis. Content strategy and distribution : align with other areas to define and manage content strategies, distribution, and syndication, focusing on audience nurturing and converting traffic into leads. Crisis prevention and risk management : Utilize risk management tools to prevent crises and provide data-driven insights for positioning and communications. CMS and distribution model development : Ensure advanced content distribution models and develop customized CMS solutions to support effective content management. Education: Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, Engineering or a related field Master's degree preferred. Relevant Professional Experience Extensive experience in data analytics and inbound communication strategy, particularly in the context of optimizing communication channels. Proven track record in content and inbound marketing, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making and advanced KPI management and digital tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. High curiosity and proactivity on understanding and evaluating cutting edge communication technologies Excellent research and communication abilities, with initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
