WE ARE HIRING: CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER Requirements 7+ years of experience in a full-service communication agency. Fluent English proficiency. Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Events, PR) is essential. Experience managing Influencer Marketing strategies. Client services and management experience. Experience working with corporate brands. Activities Develop and supervise strategic communication plans for clients. Ensure customer satisfaction. Evaluate project completion. Monitor management of all assigned accounts. Manage expertise teams. Follow up on customer requests, understand account demands, and plan strategies accordingly. Coordinate and supervise activities based on strategic plans. Manage, develop, and review budgets with the team for clients and projects. Supervise press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials. Manage media information and selection for brands. Perform administrative activities such as billing, purchase orders, and dealings with suppliers. Achieve departmental objectives and budgets.
