About the Role: The Marketing Operations Assistant will be responsible for publishing and scheduling content across various digital channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and email marketing platforms. They will also support the implementation of campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Publish and schedule content across multiple digital channels. - Support campaign implementation on various advertising platforms. - Design simple graphic pieces using Canva or similar tools. - Monitor social media, respond to messages, and engage with the audience. - Update website content, landing pages, and other digital platforms. - Assist in lead database management and follow-up via CRM. - Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis within the sector. - Provide logistical and administrative support in coordinating with agencies, timelines, and deliverables. - Participate in follow-up meetings and contribute insights from daily operational execution. Requirements: - A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media. - Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing (Mailchimp/Brevo), and Canva. - CRM use and intermediate Excel skills. - Intermediate technical English proficiency.
