What you will do Technical Consultant Senior hasextensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementingsolutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Technical Consultant Seniorsdefine, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applicationsin support of the achievement of the business requirements. Therole demands strong analytical skills and high research, design,documentation, and software modification capabilities throughoutthe production life cycle. Responsibilities 1. Manage all importantproject processes such as platform architecture documentation,integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-onadvanced development. 2. Attend, participate, and occasionally leadScrum meetings. 3. Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups intofully functional features by working closely with theimplementation project team. 4. Fulfill Project’s technicaldevelopment and configuration at the highest standard of technicalquality, contributing with assignments, follow-up, and guidance toJunior/Mid developers. 5. Fulfill technical design guidance withinour projects following ServiceNow best practices. 6. Ensure ProjectLead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitatefrequent and proactive customer communication. 7. Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well asthe maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise,and best practices in consideration of Customer needs andrequirements. 8. Fill technical or process roles in our projects,if needed. 9. Lead, educate, mentor, and develop the Thirderaresources who are assigned to his/her projects. 10. Assist in thescoping of new opportunities, design tools, and techniques todeliver efficiently. 11. Act as the final escalation point fortechnical decision-making within a project. 12. Partner with HR todeliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process. Requirements 1. Degree or equivalent, preferably in ComputerScience or Information Technology, and proven experience intechnical consulting roles. 2. Proven experience working on theServiceNow platform. 3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA). 4. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM(CIS-ITSM). 5. Proven experience in two additional product linesoutside of ITSM. 6. Advanced English. 7. Knowledge of ITIL;Foundation-level preferred. 8. Post-graduate in Software relatedtopics is desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
