Responsibilities Build, enhance, and maintain applications as part of a team. Follow security and performance best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Conduct code reviews. Work comfortably in hybrid and distributed teams, especially with high client exposure. Requirements Advanced English proficiency for conversation. +3 years of experience in backend development with Java and/or Kotlin. Experience with Spring Boot. Solid experience with at least one Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Willingness to learn new frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
