This role involves collaborating with our dynamic global legal team as a highly skilled and motivated Senior Legal Counsel with at least 7+ years of post-graduate experience. You will hold a postgraduate degree in Law with a concentration on Commercial Law, demonstrating a strong command of corporate legal matters, contracts, and negotiation skills. C1 or greater English proficiency is mandatory for frequent interaction with international teams and stakeholders. This position is hybrid in-person/remote, with an in-office requirement of 40% of the month. - Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Contracts, Licensing Agreements, Data Privacy and Security Agreements. - Liaise with internal business clients and stakeholders as well as external clients and stakeholders to ensure timely review, negotiation, and adherence with internal policies and practices. - Coordinate contract drafting, review, and execution across multiple business units and departments. - Develop and deliver contract risk assessments and briefings. - Provide guidance on contract risk, terms, and negotiations to ensure the best possible outcome for the company. - Collaborate with project teams to understand products and/or services being provided and develop contract document templates. - Build positive and productive relationships with contract requestors, project teams, and senior leadership involved in the contract process. - Conduct research and fact gathering to support senior legal team on assigned legal matters. - Effectively use contract management tools and systems. You will bring: Required Qualifications: - Education: Postgraduate degree in Law with a concentration on Commercial Law. - Experience: at least 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a recognized top law firm. - Language Proficiency: C1 or greater English proficiency (written and spoken). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
