About the Role: The Associate Manager will oversee and lead projects to implement new technologies and processes, partnering with business stakeholders to clearly define and address challenges. This role involves managing complex programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery within quality, time, and cost constraints while mitigating risks and embedding governance. The Associate Manager will be responsible for leading change management efforts to prepare and engage operational teams, building strong stakeholder relationships. As a thought leader in Data & Insights, the Associate Manager will architect data-driven performance management solutions and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Fully own and lead projects to implement new technologies and processes - Partner with the business to ensure business problems are clearly documented and understood - Lead implementation of new technologies - Manage 3rd party contracts and vendor relationships - Manage complex programs which deliver within quality, time and cost constraints - Lead and control the execution of the program through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases - Assess, plan and supervise the projects related to new systems, workflow tool and RPA implementations. - Identify, mitigate and manage programme related risks - Embed quality review and governance in all activities - Provide effective reporting on programme benefits, progress, risks and issues - Lead governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and regional Operational Excellence Director - Deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams - Define and lead implementation of the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution - Be a Thought leader for Data & Insights on regional level with exposure to Managing Directors and C-Suite executive - Lead design & architecture of data driven performance management - Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing business knowledge of Data & Insights tools What's in it for you? - A challenging and rewarding work environment - Opportunities for career development and growth - A supportive and inclusive team culture Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Flexible working arrangements - Opportunities for professional development and training - A comprehensive health and wellbeing program Others: - A chance to make a real impact and contribute to the success of the organization - A collaborative and dynamic work environment - Access to the latest technology and tools
