We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) cold caller to join our real estate outreach team. If you enjoy connecting with people, know how to handle outbound calls, and are consistent in follow-up, this role could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: •Call property owners and engage them in real estate conversations •Qualify interest and gather relevant details •Set appointments for our acquisitions team •Work part-time during U.S. business hours with a flexible schedule •Speak fluent English and Spanish •Have strong communication and listening skills •Are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls •Have prior experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate (preferred) •Own a working computer, headset, and have stable internet •Are available to work part-time, Monday through Friday •Bonuses available for performance-based results •Fully remote •This is a freelance / independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own tax filings and benefits.
