The app is currently available in Greece, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina. **About the role**: We are looking for a **Planning & Analytics (P&A;) Operations Analyst** who is a sharp, team-oriented, tech savvy and organized person with strong analytical skills. This is an opportunity to work with a world class operations team on the challenging environment of fleet management for the ride-hailing industry. You must be comfortable with the constant change and self - improvement that is required on any ambitious startup-like project. **What you'll do day in day out** P&A;** **team is in charge of those operational decisions that require strong analytical skills. We decide how the operational plan looks like in terms of the amount of shifts provided and their distribution throughout the day. We decide on headcount needs and advice on hiring targets. Finally, we are in charge of driver performance measurement, deciding what good/bad performance looks like and how to incentivize the driver base to provide the kind of service our customers expect from us. As a **P&A; analyst**, you will start supporting team decisions from day one, with important responsibilities on decision making that will grow more and more strategic as your knowledge of the business grows. On your first months as a P&A; analyst you can expect to: - Create the weekly schedule for drivers and cars, given the availability of resources and the restrictions given both by the nature of our assets and our operations. - React to incidences on the operation, making adjustments to the schedules as asset availability changes and/or opportunities are identified. - Use business knowledge to advise teams on important decisions such as driver profiles, asset procurement, performance management and resource allocation. - Continuously look for opportunities to improve planning/scheduling processes and practices. **What you need to have** - 0 - 1 years of experience in operations and analytical roles - Excellent spreadsheet skills - Basic SQL knowledge and/or the willingness to master it (desirable) - Assertive Communicator - Business oriented. Understanding of Scheduling and performance management importance to drive business results **Nice to have** Few experience with data analytics during your internship or mid-long term projects
