Role Description: The driver recruiter representative is responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process for potential drivers, by contacting the applicants via phone, email or text, and handling the verification, approval, or request for legal documentation. The recruiter must have a thorough understanding of the company’s services and current staffing needs. This knowledge ensures that the company’s filters are being properly applied and standards are upheld, effectively attracting and securing qualified drivers for the company. Responsibilities are as following and not limited to: Contacting potential drivers to explain job offers and identify if the profile fits the company’s requirements. Process and validate driver’s personal information, criminal background and vehicular record. Request for driver’s documents if needed. Audit and oversee all the drivers in the different stages to guarantee their quick recruitment or discard from process. Guide and assist drivers through the process with the legal documentation and clarify their doubts. Follow up of candidates. Any other related task assigned. Metrics and Expectations: As of now, there are no quantitative measurements or metrics assigned to the position, nevertheless the staffer should comply with the following parameters: Work on the tasks assigned and complete them before the deadline. Provide email responses in a timely manner. Attend all the scheduled meetings with the team. Be available on all the channels of communication, and be attentive to the messages, and urgent requests. Skills and knowledge: 6+ month experience in driver recruitment and familiarity with Tenstreet, which is their applicant tracking system. (Must) B2 High / C1 conversational English Level. Outstanding abilities in effective communication. Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem-solving. Efficient time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills, including operating logistics software, spreadsheets, and word processing programs. Familiarity with U.S. geography.
