Make It Matter.** You work in Mondelēz International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience. **How you will contribute** **In this role, you will** - Lead activities related to Benefits Administration tasks (e.g. Employee Assistance Program, Loans, Club, Perk Cars, Feed Bonus, Gym, Daycare, International Health insurance, Occupational hazard insurance for Core employees, Life insurance policy for 13 countries, Checkup, Benefits Broker, Employee health policy for 13 countries, Special Bonus, Perk Cars mgmt); - Build an effective group of Benefits Specialists (Tier 2) to deliver top class services; ensure effective use of enabling technology (Workday, Service Now). - Monitor the benefits package, continuously analyzing the benefits package efficiency in terms of quality, competitiveness, costs and alignment with local market practices. - Create feasibility studies for implementation of new designs or benefits. - Coordinate and ensure the deployment of benefit programs to all employees, from D0 of newcomers in the company. - Responsible for the management of Benefits Vendor Contracts. - Assure the optimal fleet management in the organization, dealing with the day-to-day operation of the fleet in order to guarantee the activities related to it as assign, replacements, maintenance, service, storage, procurement, leasing and disposal of the vehicle fleet of the organization in partnership with Vendor. - Elaborate annual budget, monthly provisions and also monthly tracking for all expenses. Control and register the expenses in the correct accounts. - Act as a fleet focal point for employees supporting them and ensuring that lease company provides the service according to company agreement. - Ensure all area processes are documented and up to date. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. The role is accountable for the appropriate allocation of tasks and coordination of completeness for the different team deliverables.
