Agile Delivery Manager The Agile Delivery Manager is a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative data products that empower international banking operations while maintaining agility, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Job Description: - Drive the successful delivery of data products for international banking by combining the roles of a Scrum Master, data delivery specialist, and stakeholder facilitator. - E nsure that Data Engineering teams operate efficiently within an Agile framework, delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that meet the complex needs of global banking stakeholders. Foster collaboration, remove impediments, and align team efforts with strategic business objectives to enable data-driven decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge technical and business teams. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities in high-pressure environments. - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application to data engineering projects. - Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.
