We seek a creative Email Graphic Designer to grow and scale the client’s paid media accounts by driving lower costs per customer acquisition while increasing paid media spending. You should demonstrate proficiency in advertising and marketing principles to identify the most cost-effective solutions. What You'll Do Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements for digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts. Occasionally edit videos for digital advertising campaigns. Research brands and competitors for digital ad concepts. Create compelling creative strategies with clear A/B tests, multiple concepts, and hooks, and iterate based on performance. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email design and tools. What You Need 2+ years of experience in Email Graphic Design. 3-5+ years of experience working within teams. 3-5+ years of agency experience. Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems. Expertise in Google Analytics within an eCommerce setting. Strong communication skills to effectively convey messages to any audience. Creative problem-solving skills: think outside, inside, and around the box. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
