YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in maintaining the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and guidance related to the licensure of Bayer products, ensuring patient safety. Foster the safety of our products to maintain Bayer's license to operate in Colombia. Ensure the correct implementation and observation of all safety-related Quality System Documents (QSD) concerning local safety activities. Contribute to appropriate AE/PTC and device event handling, including case receipt, clarification, follow-up, and submission of Individual Case Safety Reports to Colombian health authorities, in line with local regulations and in conjunction with PVRC-LA. Support PTC and counterfeit processes. Participate in local safety issue and crisis management activities in collaboration with PVCH. Assist in safety observation detection and review of relevant medical literature according to PV SOPs. Provide education and training within the local organization, document training topics and participants, and ensure effective communication and coordination between local and regional PV teams. Participate in the local Safety Management Team and support its activities. Coordinate with the PV Regional Center of Excellence (PVRCoE) to oversee delegated tasks. WHO YOU ARE Degree in Medicine or Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Mandatory). At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, or Pharmacovigilance (Mandatory). Experience working across cultures and geographies. Advanced proficiency in English. Leadership qualities and team-oriented mindset. Responsibility and accountability in work. Strong communication and presentation skills. Organized and capable of multitasking. Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations (Desirable). Understanding of data management concepts and systems. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, multicultural environment. Strong organizational and process management skills.
