ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: ABOUT YOU: YOUR DAY-DAY: - Maintain an active calendar of appointments, including extensive travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for travel, meetings, and agendas. Compile necessary documents for travel-related meetings.- - Effectively manage multiple competing priorities on a daily basis, adhering to established guidelines. Take initiative to assist with issues as they arise and propose solutions to problems.- Reconcile, manage, and process travel expenses. Execute departmental and team logistics, as well as various projects.- - Conduct research, extract and compile data for the President of Radio, SVP of Audio Sales and Client Services, and the Uforia/Univision Audio team on routine and special projects.- Respond to routine requests for information from both external and internal sources.- Coordinate team calendar, meeting locations, and meals/dinners for department off-sites and meetings.- Organize and maintain a filing system, as well as handle office supply orders.- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information that passes through the office.- Communicate in a professional manner with department members and the rest of the organization.- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by executives and department heads. YOU HAVE: - Needs to be bilingual, both written and oral skills.- Must have PowerPoint skills.- Well-versed and comfortable in technology and systems.- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.- Must be proactive and open to working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and “can-do” attitude.- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years equivalent experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.- Broadcast Media/Entertainment industry experience is a plus.- Must be able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.- Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.- Able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.- Must be thorough and exhibit an ability to see projects/tasks through to completion.
