We will count on you to:Administrative Duties: - Provide day-to-day administrative support,including comprehensive calendar management, booking businesstravel, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports,timesheets, vendor invoices, CRM contact data entry and updates,coordinating internal and external events. - Coordinate and supportproject management activities. - Build strong relationships andliaise with internal and external stakeholders. Team Leadership andDevelopment: - Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and onboarding support to teammembers to ensure high-quality output. - Be the team's first pointof contact for issue resolution, escalating issues appropriatelyand respectfully. - Assign tasks and ensure timely completion ofdeliverables. - Conduct performance evaluations and providefeedback to team members. - Identify training and development needsand coordinate relevant training programs. - Provide peer review ofdocuments before final production/distribution to ensure qualitycontrol of the final product. - Foster a collaborative andinclusive team environment. - Set a positive example andacknowledge good work. - Assist the team with setting individualperformance goals. - Coach team members to help achieve goals,develop skills, or improve performance. - Collect feedback to writeand conduct mid-year and year-end reviews. - Work with managementto calibrate performance ratings. - Coordinate new hire onboardingand integrate new hires into the team. - Identify skills/learninggaps for the team and suggest training content. Delivers andresponds to constructive feedback: - Resolve conflicts and addressany performance or behavioral issues. What do you need to have? - 5+ years of experience inadministrative or customer service roles. - Fluency in Englishrequired. - Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite. - Provenexperience in team management and leadership. - Training and/orworkflow coordination experience is a plus. - Strongorganizational, time, and project management skills. -Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to deliver results ontime. - Superior written and verbal communication in English. -Excellent judgment. - Ownership mentality. - Empathetic, courteous,and positive demeanor. - Problem-solving mindset and ability toadapt to changing priorities. - Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful andproactive. - Team player able to work with different personalitiesand working styles. - High emotional intelligence. - Ability todeescalate conflict. - Maintain and respect confidentiality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Administration
