Job Title A Technical Reporting Specialist is required to join our organization, responsible for delivering technical expertise on StarLIMS technology and Crystal Reports. Main Responsibilities - Leverage Crystal Reports to develop and maintain the reporting module within the LIMS solution. - Optimize reports for performance and usability by reviewing and revising templates. - Provide support for LIMS applications and related tools at a high level. - Collaborate with vendors to offer technical guidance and support. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Crystal Reports development with a focus on reporting solutions. - Proficient in: - Crystal Reports - Relational Databases, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL - Agile and Scrum methodologies Preferred Skills and Qualifications - Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) - Familiarity with GIT for version control - Experience with Word Report development Key Abilities - Strong SQL development skills to optimize queries for maximum performance. - Solid experience in database design and application lifecycle management. - Proven ability to work independently in an international environment. - Strong organizational and structuring abilities. - Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. - Analytical mindset focused on delivering results. - Independent problem solver able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
