As a B**ack Office Specialist**, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: - Manage all accounting transactions. - Prepare budget forecasts. - Publish financial statements on time. - Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. - Ensure timely bank payments. - Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns. - Manage balance sheets and profit and loss accounts **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Teamwork. **Minimum requirements**: - Studies: High School Degree. - Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service - Language: Advanced English skills.
