About the role As a Senior BI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions. What you need to succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics). 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing. Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Expertise in SQL. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills. What you will do Providing analytical solutions supporting business operations. Project management related to data, working in cross-functional and cross-country team to deliver best class BI/Reporting/Analysis solutions. Developing and maintaining reports/dashboards in Tableau. Strong cooperation with Data Engineers by providing requirements and support during development (testing, verifying if delivered productis are aligned with expectations). Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information. Cooperation with Data Engineers in developing Data Warehouse. Drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the area.
