Job Title**:Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)**: - **Requires English C1**: - **Location**:Medellín, Colombia (Onsite) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, standard office hours - **Contrato indefinido** **About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Medellín. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership across our local operations. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent. This is an onsite position that requires a strong presence in the office to support daily operations and foster a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with department managers to address workforce planning, staffing needs, and team development - Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and career development - Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies - Lead or support disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner - Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend actions to improve team performance and retention - Collaborate on initiatives that drive employee engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture - Ensure accurate and compliant HR documentation and records in alignment with Colombian labor law - Assist in implementing corporate HR strategies, policies, and programs at the local level - Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or a similar regulated industry - Solid knowledge of Colombian labor law and employment practices - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) - Must be bilingual: Spanish and English, with English proficiency at C1 level or higher **What We Offer** - Competitive salary and benefits package - A collaborative, mission-driven work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Stability and support within a growing healthcare company Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Indefinido Pregunta(s) de postulación: - Do you understand this vacancy requires an advanced english level? - Do you understand this vacancy is onsite monday to friday?
