Candidates must have experience in the financial sector and possess intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI is desirable. A minimum B2 level of English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, be proactive, and be able to meet monthly financial deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly resource control reports. Review files with special agencies and conduct calls to present these files. Provide media booking quotes for short-term projects with agencies. Generate and analyze FTE utilization through database analysis. Review internal finance processes to identify optimization opportunities. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience in financial roles. Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus. Proactive and able to meet monthly financial deadlines.
