**Position**: Bookkeeper (100% Remote) **Responsibilities**: - Manage short-term rental inventory pricing and distribution Vrbo & Airbnb. - Support forecasting of scheduled revenue, guest occupancy, owner occupancy, and other key metrics at the unit level for use by various stakeholders - Develop and monitor success metrics for Revenue Management - Develop and analyze marketing strategies, materials, campaigns, and special offers. - Assure rental rate parity amongst competitive set and distribution channels. - Develop and implement inventory distribution reports, models, and projections. - Assist with front desk/reservations tasks. - Track invoices for timely payables and receivables from contractors/vendors - Categorizing income/expenses on the Accounting Software - Ensure accurate reconciliation of books quarterly to bi-annually - Maintain an organized and accurate record of receipts and invoices **Requirements**: - Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based businesses - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred - Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping and/or financial operations is required - Experience in Vacation Rental/Property Management is preferred but not required - Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite - Familiarity with Accounting software such as Quickbooks, Gusto and or Wave is required - Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise - Proficient english is required - Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results - Must have excellent attention to detail. - You must be reliable and show up on time. **Payment** - Monthly salary is expected to be $850 USD - Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-weekly) **Schedule**: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PDT (Monday through Friday) Pay: $4,175,000 per month Application Question(s): - Please elaborate your work experience related to bookkeeping and finances?
