Business Development Representative Our client is looking to bring in a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive outreach and generate new business opportunities. About the Client The client is a leading organization in the Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting industry, seeking a skilled BDR to play a key role in their sales team. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to generate new business leads - Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads in CRM and spreadsheets - Set appointments or initial calls for the business owner - Follow up on previous outreach and track responses - Engage with prospects via social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to support marketing and lead generation efforts - Assist in executing simple marketing engagement strategies - Collaborate with the client to refine messaging and outreach strategies Requirements - Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach - Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and marketing engagement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional outreach emails - Organized and detail-oriented with good time management - Familiarity with CRMs (basic tools like Pro CRM) and spreadsheets - Self-starter with the ability to work independently - Must be available to work afternoon shifts (U.S. time zones) By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of a successful organization.
