We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Colombia region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative spirit to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our business. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales in licensing for Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion markets in the LATAM region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our base of licensing partnerships, increase the footprint of our brands, and deliver top-line revenue for the organization in the Colombia region. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a fearless and professional drive to win, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. They will also be a curious and research-oriented individual with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Brand Management and Business Development Leadership teams to develop business plans and formulate product licensing proposals. They will be responsible for tracking sales activity in CRM consistently and accurately, managing productive and goal-oriented deal processes, and preparing accurate sales forecasts per our sales reporting process.
